    very important criteria before decide to buy: ask the ea developer/seller for Live Acc.results verified by third party i.e myfxbook.com, bluefx.com, to confirm that the ea is profitable, reliable. Demo results cannot be counted as firm criteria for buy decision as the results generated might not be same compare with Live acc.,as the results come from diff. servers . Neither do backtest results which generated based on historical data, not a raw data like Live acc.results. Hope understand this points can be of help.

    Have tested on demo?
    I did back test before and that was amazing.
    I'll do back test on recent historical data again.

    It works very well on backtest on every currency and period thats for sure. Im busy setting up a vps and copy trading system so when Monday comes along I can run it on real time. If it produces good results on the demo next week, then ill connect it to a funded live account.

    I highly doubt that it reads historical data because at some points profits decrease for whatever reason. And lets not negate the fact that the creator of the EA posted real time results outside of the simulation. And why would the admin post a robot that doesnt work? They know what they're doing.. so we should trust them because there's not a single way that they can gain from posting a robot that doesnt work. IT WORKS.

    So basically next week is do or die for me and this EA, but Im quite confident that itll produce satisfyling results.

    I agree. I cannot understand it reads historical data and what it does mean?
    Anyway, backtest is awesome.
    So I'll test on my demo next week as well!

    It means, the robot can see the next H4 candle and so he will be on M1 for the next 240 candles just fine..... like magic!
    And yes, sometimes it produces some unexpected little losses, this is when the candle is not fresh enough and some bigger moves comes before the next candle.
    If you go live it will use some simple indication, that will often work, but you will see sometimes losses you never had before on demo account... :confused:
    But keep on dreamin'... hope for the best and be prepared for the worst... :cool:

    On backtest you will most of the time just fine, in all timeframes. Only on H4 it will stop trading, because he needs the input from the H4 candle

    So in order for the EA work correctly, MT4 trading account must download previous historical data of the pair that the EA trade, is that right ?

    I will try to forward test the EA on demo account first then

    Yes I had it live after many demo tests and had a hard time to come out of the situation with an average-EA, a recover-EA and some other tricks but every one should make his own experience.
    But I test 20-30 EAs every month and it is some times ago...
