    So as of now- this version we can use it for 1 year + including VPS for $100. Ownership of VPS is with us so we can install wahtever we want?? Correct me if i am wrong.

    Yes. You own the whole VPS. No sharing with others. You can change the password as you want. You may install whatever you want because it's yours.
    You may extend after one year. For this, I will talk with Admin after that and see how can we work on that.
