    I don't think the ea works on mt4, as it has mql5 programming/language, which is meant for mt5 trading platform..

    no! he trades on MT4. A new version is needed here she trades on MT5. we have an old version that worked in 2017.

    Not easy to work with HFT . IF you have faster feeder then Lmax API so there is possibility but other thing most of broker reject profit of HFT. some lucky peoples are earning with HFT.

    Better find out a Simple EA which must have SL TP.
