Alot of clubbing buy members need to be banned.

Agreed, perhaps we need to firmly remind and reinforce the commitment made by some members.
How about, after ~10 days(or whatever?) late they then pay the reserve listed price, then after ~3 weeks (?) we start banning?
Would this sufficiently and fairly incentivise the agreed payment process, without losing our "genuine" members ... perhaps?
Similarly, the many delays and non-payment are frustrating and annoying to many members and I think leads to the loss of genuine members over time.
Just some thoughts on incentivising prompt payment whilst also achieving some "cleaning up".

People may have many reasons for delayed payment, I agree that people need to pay if they commit for any material, else they need to face the consequences based on the rules. But your aggressive behaviour will not help in any sense on getting more payment from members.

You are keep calling them as bitches, hoes will make anyone think and even stop participating on future purchases.
