Maybe they're trying to be discreet by separating the buy date and the delivery date, you wouldn't want to be exposed by the source you're buying from.

I paid for several products and none is delivered. Organizer is not replying to any comments about delivery time.

I think we should just give the admins some time, I trust that they will deliver. I haven't had any problems with any of my purchases except 2, first was my own system's fault of not being able to run correctly and the second one was refunded to me via store credit.

 

Nothing wrong with the people who wanted communication from the Admin, but this is a prime example why a monopoly (1 main company doing anything) is no good.

Someone could easily compete with these guys by 1) Showing you value your customers (the people helping you feed your family) by having decent customer service / communication and 2) having a timeline for delivery, for example, "We deliver all completed group buys in 5-7 days..."

Many of us here already know the telegram supplier (tradingsoftwere).

Boom! There's your business idea.

Do those things (and if the guys here haven't improved) you could easily pull their customers. Trust, the same way we found this site is how we would find you too...and many here have already been searching for an alternative for those reasons.

 

Rules say it could take 1-2 weeks. Don't like it..find the exit. We all would like the software yesterday. This is just like trading..have patience waiting for the setup. They have been perfect so far for me. I'll expect the same until it doesn't. No one ever becomes a good trader without patience. Let's work on that, they'll tell us when they know themselves.
